Today I baked tofu and fruit crisp, and delivered it (along with some great pecan/cranberry/apple/quinoa pilaf) to Tom and Mandy and new baby, June Mary. 
    Then I did errands, including buying the latest yuppie food craze, garlic scapes. I have a pesto recipe from Vegan YumYum to try.

    I’ve had a lot of tofu recently, but not quinoa! Your pilaf sounds totally cool, and delicious, and so does pesto. I just learned the other day that ‘pesta’ means ‘party,’ so at the moment it’s what it makes me think of. 😉
