I was used to eating peanut butter on a bagel every morning, but now I have to eat Benecol to lower my cholesterol. Yuck. So I’ve been eating peanut butter, banana and black-cap sandwiches for lunch. Yum!
Oh, mom… 😦 Sad! Why do you need to eat Benecol vs. anything else? Is the ‘col’ in it short for ‘cholesterol’?

Benecol has something in it that is supposed to help remove cholesterol from your body. Sounds like magic, right? Here is a link to their website explaining why/how it works:
