At least, I assumed that it was out of print until I decided to google it and for some reason found it on Amazon.com … except that it cost $42.40, so maybe it really is out of print?
The book is Cooking With Tempeh, by Clare Seguin, published in 1982 (I think – I’m sitting down and too lazy to get up right now). Although it is not vegan, it is the first and finest tempeh cookbook I ever had. The Tomato Sweet and Sour Sauce is a huge favorite at our house. The recipe calls for honey, but there are many tasty substitutions.
Maybe your library has it?????
