Quinoa Soup

It’s not as good as Andrea’s, maybe, but still pretty darn good:

I sauteed chopped carrots, garlic and celery in olive oil, then added water, cauliflower florets, chopped green beans from our freezer, red quinoa and a can of small red beans.  Simmered with vegetable broth powder, basil, oregano, parsley, cinnamon, allspice, paprika, cayenne, white cooking wine, rice wine vinegar and tamari.  At the last minute, added some chopped fresh spinach.  Today was really, really cold again and so we really needed the soup.
