Yes, it’s 10-10-10, and when I logged on it was actually (and coincidentally) 10:10 a.m. 

Today is some worldwide Parade for the Planet thingy, in which we are all supposed to alert those we know, and those in power, to work to cut carbon emissions to 350 ppm (it’s now around 390 or something like that).  You can learn about it here.  Our school is taking part in the Madison parade; I am helping to cut carbon emissions by staying home.

On Friday, to support this 350 thing, our school made a video out on the lawn.  It happened to be a beautiful day, which helped a lot!  I’m on the "0" in an orange shirt, and I’m sure you can see me just fine.  Our librarian filmed it from the roof!

    Cool video. If everyone gave up eating animals one day a week, that might be enough.

    On a Similar Note…
    we were talking about birthdays in class the other day, and one student said, “My birthday is on World Water Day!” I certainly couldn’t have told you when that day was, but it’s cool that she knows.
