The one I tried to post on Sunday, when the internet crashed again

It’s Day Four of the Wild Yeast Capturing Scheme, and here is how we look today:

Tomorrow I’ll refrigerate it and we’ll use it to bake bread at school on Thursday.

It was another sunny day, not quite so warm, but the cats took advantage of whatever there was.

We’re out of fresh green vegetables, except for chard, which still lives.  The other day I made some more uncheesey chard, and apple muffins.

Then I used the grill for this tempeh, onions, mushrooms and peppers.  It went onto rice.

Today I made more muffins soup from this recipe at Zorba Paster on Your Health.
(a sure sign winter is approaching – we need soup and muffins).  No photos, but if you want to make this soup – and I recommend you do – use less water; it was too "brothy" or something.  It’s called Pumpkin Soup but I used butternut squash, because that’s what we had.
